Legit US style BBQ, whether Texas, Kansas City, or Carolina-style, is hard to find in the Bay Area . Q.B.B. is a welcome addition to the downtown MV scene and their Carolina style meats were legit . 📷Pork Rib, Smoked Prime Brisket, and Hot Sausage Link . The brisket had a great smoked ring with a stellar fat to lean ratio while the pork rib was fall off the bone .
