All the MCU heroes are like Unhinged Murderers huh?
Like I get Cap, he's in World War 2 it's a literal war against Nazis, he was more so meant to be a propaganda hero, but he did pretty good for being like a intentionally fake hero, I think he only ever killed comabatants.
But the thing is as with comics, superheroes really don't tend to kill until they have too. That's really not a thing in the MCU, only Iron-Spider boy and Daredevil have that going on.
Which like creates dissonace in discussions of murdering mooks and such. Like don't get me wrong from Captain America FATWS John Walker aka the Usagent is an asshole. But for him getting caught murdering the Flag Smasher in the famous episode of the series, it really does end up feeling that his mistake was being seen doing it, not that he did it.
Mind you that Flag Smasher was running away but MCU heroes have blasted retreating villains too, really it's more so that specific Flag Smasher got a sympathethic look into his life, before his pretty messed up death.
It's just something I've noticed, for the most part these heroes are also murderers so I understand the dissonance of reception
