let’s see if i can keep from rambling which we both know is something i never do … i’ve had the privilege of getting to write with you now for YEARS, and i’ve always been in absolute awe of the way you take on a muse, be it canon or one of your incredible oc’s. and what you’ve done with lucanis … it’s obvious you care deeply about him as a character. you have such a knack for picking up on even the smallest little details and weaving them into your writing, or crafting headcanons that the devs wish they’d gotten to first because you make him so much more than what the game gave us. and and and! i always hear his voice in your replies ( thank you for that, btw ) — bottom line, your portrayal is wonderful, amazing, brainrot - worthy, and i’m just thankful that emilia gets to come along for the ride 💜

You are my longest writing friend on this site. You've been with me through marvel, oc's, post apocalypse, haunted soft boys ... and now we're diving nose first into a game we both love and have had separate but equally meaningful experiences with. As always, I am so so fortunate to have you opposite me regardless of which inane venue I attempt to pour myself into this time.
You are truly the lifeblood of this muse. I would love him as much anyway, but you are the drive for bringing him here and putting that love into words. Pen to paper, so to speak. I have been so fucking fortunate to call you friend, more than just the passerby internet friendships (that are also valuable!) and to know more about you as a person. You make me drive to be a better writer. You challenge me. You make me conceive things I otherwise would never dream. You've helped me grow as a writer and I am so very thankful for all of that.
It's no surprise to anyone that Lucanis and Emmy are my endgame, but not because I went into this with a friend. I went into this with someone who understands the muse and wrote a terrific Rook that accompanies, compliments, and adds to the story being told without forcing the focus onto them as the main character. You gave Emmy depth (no surprise, OG Emmy is much the same) and handle her with a grace I've come only to reserve for you.
I cherish the fuck out of you, and thank you so much for always supporting my shenanigans. There would be no Lucanis blog without you.
