I was just wondering, will there be a conversation between Vicente and MC about why MC hid their Iredicci heritage from them? Like, would he take that personally and/or take offense because in his head, of course MC would hide it from him of all people because he's the heir to an empire dedicated to wiping the Iredicci out? Or would they be more understanding, like, they separated themself from their father and the empire so much that they would understand it wasn't something against them personally? He would pick up on the fact that everyone was out of the loop, not just him, so he would realise that the MC wasn't purposefully hiding it from him because of any fear of being hurt/killed by him for being Iredicci. They understand it was out of self preservation, not a personal bias toward him, if that makes sense?
I feel like I'm not wording myself very well, lol, I'm tired man. Just curious whether Vicente would ask for clarity or would even think that in the first place. I feel like everyone is going to ask that question in the next chapter but I was wondering about Vicente specifically because of their father's involvement in the whole need to even hide in the first place.
Oh, actually, is this something Corinne would ask about because of her involvement in the Proelium?

There will be conversations with all ROs regarding the secret. The one with Vicente won’t be as fraught as you may think. I’ve received a few other asks along these lines, or readers thinking Vicente will be pissed due to his mother being deaf. It will be addressed, but Vicente more than anyone understands the need to hide, to present yourself differently in order to be safe. They’ve done similar, and been even more manipulative—they won’t fault MC for doing what they needed to survive.
Corinne, on the other hand, would have a reaction very much like this. I won’t give it away here, but yeah, that conversation will not be an easy one. 😭
