In both movies, when Nezha spoke in poetry, it was accompanied by dynamic stances and powerful motions. This northern style martial art is called Chang Quan (长拳) "Long Fist".
It is often performed in the National Wushu Competitions. Here's an example:
Ao Bing:
In both movies, when Ao Bing was fighting in hand-to-hand combat, he used Wing Chun (詠春) "Singing Spring". This "hand reaching, palm up" pose is called Man Sau (問手).
He often used this technique called Paak Sau (拍手) "Slapping Hand Deflection". Imagine an opponent throwing a fist towards your face, with the right timing, you "slap" and push their forearm to the side with your palm, their fist goes off-center and misses. Example:
Weapons:
When weapons come into play, like Nezha with his spear and Ao Bing with his ice hammers, they used completely different martial arts. All I know is Nezha used some kind of 枪法, and Ao Bing's weapons could be called 双铜锤.
I'm still trying to find more information on all the Chinese martial arts portrayed in these two movies, but it's difficult. If anyone has any knowledge on them, please enlighten me. Thanks to @mstrchu for the comment!

Glad you enjoy my absurdly named Lomai :^) Here are my impressions thus far:
⭐ What is your OC afraid of? Any crippling phobias or some such? How do they act when scared and what helps them calm down? Does anyone ever find your OC scary? Why?
I don't think she has any phobias, but she is very conscious of the opinions of those she cares about (EX: Shea). She is. Very Fearful that, while some may treat her with kindness, care, and respect, they'll just see her as something dangerous and unapproachable in the end. As such, she certainly has an interesting reaction to finding Shea's sketch of the helspawn she was Bound to.
Her reaction to being scared is probably just. Maximum tension! Fingers curved like claws and ready to strike, even when the thing scaring her doesn't necessarily warrant a fight response. The best way to calm her is to gently reassure her that Things Are Safe while giving her some distance (but a grounding touch from someone she is okay with can also help).
Being a helvling, a lot of people probably do find her scary, but even to those that don't, Lomai can be a bit unsettling. I like to imagine that she moves very quietly, you turn around and suddenly she's There. Joints bend a little farther than you think they should. Posture and movement of a cat barghest but translated through a human skeleton. She stretches and somehow her body is longer than you thought it would be??? Very Intent, Unblinking Gaze. Those sorts of things.
📀 How easy is it to shock your OC? To confuse them? To lie to them, to manipulate them? How are they with feelings of trust? Can your OC be trusted?
By nature of her occupation, I imagine Lomai is not easily shocked. And there's not much to be confused about when all she's been trained to do is find and hunt the next helspawn entity, find and hunt, find and hunt, etc., etc.
She tends to be distrustful, takes a while to warm up to people. Unfortunately, once trust is granted and she's categorized someone under "This Person is Nice :^)", it's easy to lie to and manipulate her because she will trust fully and wholeheartedly.
😊 What can make your OC smile even when they’re feeling down? What cheers them up and makes everything feel better for them? Is your OC genrally a happy person and do they enjoy making others smile? What about your OC makes others happy?
So far, I don't think Lomai is very expressive through facial features, but! Find her in a good sunny spot and maybe you'll see a little smile. Cheer her up with a little kiss on the forehead or right between the eyebrows (where there's a perfect target). I think little gestures that let her know that someone thought of her will also do the trick. Share a little snack with her and her mood will brighten 😌
She tends to have a flat affect, but she does like making others smile even though she doesn't always know how. I'm not sure what about her makes those people happy, but she Will wrap up their blanket nice n neat, make eye contact and slow blink at them, will reach out for a rare touch, will cook them a good meal, will quietly exist in the same space as them. Quiet, little things to say, "Hey! I love you and hope you smile :^)"

🍓 - Charlotte is clumsy to a degree that’s equally endearing as it is nervewracking for her loved ones. She can and will stumble over nothing, bang any extremity on something so there’s always some mystery bruise on her, and trip down the last four steps of any staircase. There is no complete dish set in her house because even dishes are a hazard. Stains from spilled drinks on a lot of her furniture from her clumsily swatting the back of it with her hand while reaching for things. Thankfully, she’s aware of this tragedy of her life and can laugh it off. If someone points it out at her though she will be adamant that ‘carefully poised’ is her middle name (it’s Jane)

This is a memory that Anadeim would rather forget: It is the memory of waking up in his lover's arms with a magicked silver blade pointed at his heart. It is the sting of betrayal as the metal pierced his flesh, as he tossed his lover--the hunter--aside. It is the burning on his skin as he shattered the silver blade, the rage and grief as he sank his fangs and claws into them, as he felt the hunter die in his bare hands. The twisted scar and the fragment of silver still in his chest remind him every day of what he calls his greatest foolishness.
24. What is an alternative life path your OC might have gone down? How different would their life be if they'd made those decisions?
This may change later on, but:
For Selsi, I think they've always been seen as this sort of accursed monster. Extremely powerful, undying, feared by all. There were people who sought to make use of this, but Selsi chose to wrest power for themself such that no one could ever touch them. In an alternate life, maybe Selsi chooses to hide away instead. They remain undetected for a time, but in the end, running backfires on them. They are found by powerful people, are fettered, and are made to act as a weapon, anything that could make use of their strength and undying nature to keep enemies in line.
Before he settled in his current residence, Anadeim was the son of a high-ranking Council member and was likely expected to follow the same path. Instead of fucking off to who knows where (a decision that may have led to his disownment?), in another life he does follow that path. He is used as a chess piece and becomes embroiled in the politics of the Council, becomes mired in its danger and stagnation both, and lives the rest of his days a very unhappy man. In one life he is unhappy because of betrayal and heartbreak, in this alternate iteration he is unhappy because he is living a life he doesn't want to live, with very little sense of agency.
hi! extremely obsessed with the refracted light world & wanted to ask a little more about how the relationship between the pilot and the god works, if you don't mind! it was really intriguing to me that Elodea rejected her pilot - is the process of taking up a pilot not always voluntary? or just that once the pilot is there, the relationship doesn't always develop as amicably as Candor and Chime's? or maybe I've hopelessly misinterpreted everything, but big fan of the vibes all around!

I think both of your guesses can be correct. There probably have been gods that took on a pilot unwillingly, and probably some individuals that unwillingly became pilots. And sometimes, for various reasons, the relationship just does not turn out well in the end.
There have been distant relationships between pilot and god, others where they functioned as closely as spouses. Some that start antagonistically, but still cooperative, others that start well but end in total rejection. There are probably cases where it feels jarring to be a pilot, regardless of how close they might be. And then there are cases like Chime where acting as Candor's pilot feels natural, as if part of the other's body, despite the ways in which they seem distant. I imagine that it's all as varied as the gods and pilots themselves.
