You know I’m not upset about the scene, I think Levy’s reaction was natural - consider her personality and the situation she had to go through: she cried and I would too, being landed on top by a giant guy like that, hell - I could have been dead. It’s just bad written and it’s not the kind of fanservice I’m fond of. What makes me actually sad and mad is how the fandom interpreted that scene into a ‘shipping moment’, nope - it’s an awkward accident where no one is happy, no one feels comfortable expressing their feelings and most importantly, tears were shed. I hope they will sort things out after this (which is the reason I had to go to my desk drawing that picture although my back hurt as hell yesterday lol) because their relationship is so beautiful, they’ve come so far to feel comfortable with the other’s company and it’s hard to see how awkward they have to be after the crash if you just think about it. Levy needs a cup of hot cocoa milk and an apology from Gajeel, my children deserve a talk (which I highly doubt will happen) after this chapter.
