The Party is a peak episode for many reasons but one of them is that it's heavily implied that the Wise Old Elf is the ONLY person who doesn't know the nature of the little kids' parties. The dragon breathes onto the great elf tree and Mrs Elf is just like "oh looks like it's started :D".
