As far as I’m concerned the most challenging of #thecoremaster exercises is being able to hold onto the The CoreMaster with one’s hands while lifting one foot off the ground. You can see how unstable I am yet this is the best I have done so far. This must be one of the most challenging instability exercises I know of.
