Mystery Men - Mr. Furious - love this movie!
Merry Whump of May - Day 3
(Mystery Men - 1999)

Roy ducked into the bathroom, flung on the cold tap and splashed water on his face. It stung. Lukewarm and stale. Blood dripped into the grimy porcelain sink. Roy drank from the faucet and spat out pink water. He caught sight of his reflection in the smudged mirror. The lightbulb above flickered and blinked. He touched his cheek and winced.
That would be a black eye tomorrow.
Self care is drawing Mystery Men fanart and throwing it into the void :’D
Inspired by this post. I couldn’t help myself, it fit their personalities so well!

I love how Eddie and Roy look at each other 💞
I will keep dreaming, my friend.
What she says: I'm Fine
What she means: The Bowler & Mr. Furious should have ended up together. They had way more chemistry than him and the waitress. They got along better than him and the waitress, even though they fought all the time and at least they have things in common. They had conversations where both of them shared instead of just him talking about his life. They made costumes together and became a team. It took a lot for the waitress to believe that he was a real superhero, and she only did that because he saved her... well he grabbed her when she fell. The bowler never questioned it. They got each other, and kind of hated each other but they still worked better. It would have been a great relationship where they would have challenged each other and grown together. Her dad would have liked him.
