Mr Jangles
A shapeshifting demon. Created by the Witch, Black Annis. Named by the children who hear you at night as the keys to their souls jangle against your bones. Your true form rarely seen, some say you’re a skeleton wearing a worn out suit and top hat. Your ribs seen through the holes and the keys swinging inside. You take whatever form you want, to get the child’s soul you want to devour.
In the grand hall of movie assholism, a marble bust of Doug Hutchison is displayed right beside the padded cell.
Percy Wetmore - The Green Mile
A rough sketch of the character Mr Jangles. He’s one of my favourite characters to write about. I hope you’ll like the stories about him. I’ll be posting a few of them throughout the year
Artwork for ‘MR JANGLES’ in Birmingham
Personally I really enjoy this project, having worked on it from the start I’ve been able to see it develop. Creating an accessible and jovial front whilst retaining some level of credibility. Props to Reidy and Shorterz for having me along for the ride.
