That dosn’t sound very good at least we put our though training. well the men anyway.”

I've been off crutches for a week now, so I was excited and nervous about the experience.  But, it was great.  The dogs had a good time.  My ankle held out.  It made me happy to smell the ocean again and be mobile.  I wish I had swum, even though it was raining and cold.  In the evening I went to the pools and walked 2 lengths.  That hurt.  Next week I will go back to the gym, and I will swim.  For the first time in like months.
