The Power of Words

Today is the one month anniversary of PAST Counseling & Wellness, PLLC. PAST opened in Burnet, Texas on September 1st.  In the past month, I’ve learned oodles of new words & terminologies while building this practice. I’ve learned new words like, “SEO,”  “backlinks,” “Superbills,” and  “S-Corp,” etc.  At times, I felt intimidated by all these words and phrases that seemed so foreign to me.

When it comes to dealing with difficulties or stress, it matter what your inner dialogue is saying. When you’re stressed, your thoughts can either focus on the problem or focus in the solution.
