Based on my recent polls, it seems like you guys are looking from some more mobility exercise such as rolling out and stretches. I asked, you answered and I shall give, my friends. #movemonday is now #mobilitymonday. Every monday, I will share a roll out, yoga flow, favorite stretch out or mobility exercise. I am so excited because this is my jam. First up, Post Rock Climbing Forearm mobility. If you’re a rock climber, you will most likely know the dreaded pump. The stiff feeling in your forearms when you crush those new grades and send it a few too many times in a row. I don’t know about you #rockclimbers but there have been times whenI feel like my hands physically can’t hold anything because of the pressure in my forearms… I know, I know, I should know better. #Imonlyhuman Todays #movemonday gets into those pumped for arms for some serious release. I play around with the little routines and honestly, go where my body feels like it needs it. Half the reason I love rolling out with #yogatuneup balls so much is they tell me the story of my body that day. They help me learn how to better feel and breathe through the sensations in my body. So after climbing, I love to jump on them breathe through what is coming up. Watch the video for some good recommendations on how to roll out your forearms post rock climbing. #kmholistichealth #livegoodfeelgood #feelgood #rubberdrugs (at Central Rock Watertown) https://www.instagram.com/p/B5SnP0dgpgy/?igshid=y8nwfdixn380
