the first one?
yeah, i was always weirded out because of the concept and the character designs but the gameplay looked very fun but i thought this was a hack n slash not an rpg so i just finished the tutorial thing and im ready to turn it off but i paid money for it
now that gumboot soup has been out for a while, what did you think of it?
Very serviceable compilation album. Really given the fact this was put together from what remaining scraps from the year the band had it’s an impressive feat. Not quite as tonally unified as Oddments, but that’s to be expected. For me the microtonal tracks stood out the brightest and it makes me really hope they have a Flying Microtonal Banana Vol. 2 planned at some point.
I think what I like about the album is it shows the band at their more experimental, and I’m led to believe they’ve got some good new ideas to throw together this year.
