Gobul.
Alatreon, Blazing Black Dragon
So, a while ago, I made an ink print of Alatreon. Well, I decided to color it! Wanted to go for a hatchy, line based style rather than full on realism, as I wanted to play into and add to the lovely line work I had already done, rather than cover it up. Pretty happy with how its come out.
Process
My friends invided me and my partner to join a booth at our state's Comicon next year so I'm going to try to make a bunch of plushies to sell there, anyway did you know capcom doesn't make any plushies for ceadeus?
My hunter, Zeke the Barioth hunter. I didn’t give him much lore or background except he came from Moga village.

Hello gamers I love. Wilds Photo by sps.cosplay.photography on IG
One of my favorite monsters from the first Monster Hunter game I ever played, Monster Hunter Tri. Fighting this critter was certainly an interesting time. I think I only ever fought this variant, though I know now that more exist, and I might paint them too.
I plan to try tackling this critter in a painting again sometime, as I found an older attempt I'd made a few years ago, and could see some big improvements. I also just found it an interesting subject. It'll be interesting if I can improve my electric textures around the critter and on its spines.

Underwater combat is most definitely coming back for G-Rank.
