well there was at least one good thing that came out of her rubber gun problem: erik lehnsherr couldn’t try and ruin her weapons. anytime s.h.i.e.l.d. weapons were ruined by anyone, especially when some pissant decides to deal with lehnsherr, it was a blow to their artillery and their budget. contrary to what trigger-happy agents in s.h.i.e.l.d. believe in, they were not running on unlimited budget. “lehnsherr. you’re looking younger than when i last saw you.”

harry narrowed his eyes at her in confusion, his head tilted to one side as he tried to figure out what’s happening. he probably shouldn’t be surprised about anything anymore, but the woman talked like she was part of the big sleep or something. “have you been hanging out with peter or something?” because that was the only explanation he could come up with. “you sound like those ladies from the old films.”

“ah, stephen. you’re looking well. not hit with this new problem, i hope?” from what he observed, quite a lot of them were affected by this new red sky. personally, reed himself went from flexible human being to immovable object and it was taking some getting used to. “what...are you holding?” if reed didn’t know any better, he’d think the sorcerer was holding a wand. unless... “you’ve been hit too, haven’t you? are you finally living your harry potter dreams?”

“okay seriously, i really don’t know why i’m like this.” he pointed at his now purple skin, completely clueless about the sudden skin color change. he went from green grape to purple grape and amadeus was pretty sure this wasn’t some whack dye job someone did on him. “technically though, i still have my powers. i’m just not...green.”

Ben’s eyes widened when he noticed lightning coming out of nowhere and energized a guy. No... Wait a second. “You’re Thor!” he said with great vigor in his voice. However the excitement was short lived. “Wait, why did you summon lightning? Is something going to happen?” He was suddenly very worried.

“that makes one of us.” harry was still a little confused as to why she’s talking to him considering he didn’t know who she was, but he figured it was better than nothing. at least he wasn’t alone in this place. “what do you do here exactly? all i see are abandoned buildings and some sort of ship. as interesting as it is to find out what kind of non-earthly plants those are—” he said as he pointed to the flora, “we don’t have the tools for it.”

there was a confused look on his face. this was probably the second time stephen strange has asked him something unusual and out of the blue. amadeus rarely ever talked with the man before but now it seems as if he was pretty open to interacting with the lot of them. “uh...sure?” amadeus waited for the sorcerer to do his thing. “i reckon it’s just a lot of green. like my skin.”

god, if only this was hell, she would take it wholeheartedly. she’d at least know she was no longer in the land of the living. maria never did see herself growing to at least fifty years old anyway considering the nature of her job. unfortunately, it seems like the universe had other plans. “nah, too bright to be hell. but without any sort of alcohol, it’s very close to hell and very very close to getting on my nerves.” she was trying not to lose temper in this situation and maria liked to think it was working. “you ever been to hel? isn’t that one of the nine realms?”
