When school is starting and you need to get up early again, how do you prepare?
Empire starts at 9, which means I need to be up at 6:30 or 7:00 in order to run through a decent routine and get there on time. My school is about a half an hour away. I don't know how it is in morning traffic yet because I haven't woken up early enough yet to find out. I've been trying all freaking week to wake up to a 7:00 o clock alarm and it's just not working.
How do you start preparing to wake up early?
And no "I don'ts" or "I wait until the day I have to's." I want actual helpful answers if anyone has any suggestions. I don't want to wait until last minute only to be freaking tired the first two weeks of school.
