. . I struggled with MDD (Major Depressive Disorder) for a little over two years and began healing around one year ago, so certain pieces of content are my own emotions projected onto Himari - though I try to keep it to a minimum.

. . Although university drastically reduced the amount of reading done in my free time, I am slowly getting back into it. My favorite book so far is 'No Longer Human' by Osamu Dazai and my favorite manga series is 'Hell's Paradise'. 'The Art of War' is currently sitting on my desk, I'll read it I swear

. . No one was teaching me English after moving to another country so I learned by copying other people - including tone, accent, sentence structure, lip movements, etc. - and because of that I now unconsciously pick up the habits of those around me, leading me to have the same lisp/slurring as Mingyu in both Korean and English.

. . I have a rottweiler, he is my son, my baby, the light of my life, my poochie woochie, my stupid silly little seal, I love him

. . In my free time I enjoy creative writing - outside of this blog as well -, working out, though I absolutely refuse to work on my weak little arms and dancing. I'm also attempting to learn music production over the summer

. . I have quite a few fears including clowns, dolls, the dark, spiders (or any type of bug really, please get them away from me) and being alone

. . I'm actually very shy. I have a habit of hiding behind friends or holding their arms or clothing when speaking to someone new. I love making new friends, but initiating conversation is actually somewhat difficult for me

First of all I wanted to thank all of you for reading my content and supporting me! I didn't have much expectation for this blog but it's grown so much already and I'm so thankful to every one of you here

A few of you have sent asks and may or may not be wondering whether they are in the works and rest assured that they are! Unfortunately I have somewhat of a little writer's block (and I'm a little sick) and another piece of content (or 2) to write before I can get to them so please don't feel like I'm ignoring you. Some of these asks are quite detailed and I truly love them, but it does require me to fish a little deeper in my imagination so it will take slightly longer. To those who send me asks; thank you so much! I always enjoy reading and responding to them, you all have such interesting questions that I never quite expect so it's always a nice surprise to see a notification next to my inbox. To those simply reading through this blog or seeing it in passing; thank you for just being here! It always brings a smile to my face to see you all enjoying what I put out so I'll continue to come up with many twists and turns to take you through the whirlwind that is Himari's life!
