The 2007 Moonlight fire, and the action against Sierra Pacific – now at the heart of government fraud, and corruption (USFS photo)
Based on new evidence in the Moonlight Fire case, Sierra Pacific Industries, has filed a motion compelling the Chief Judge of the Eastern District of California, Judge Morrison C. England, to order the recusal of every federal judge in the Eastern District of California.
The Pervasiveness of Eric Holder’s Corruption
Evidence has surfaced that condemns federal and California state prosecutors and government inspectors of falsifying documents, destroying evidence, lying and perjury in order to secure a $55 million monetary and 22,500 acre land settlement from Sierra Pacific Industrires. The government’s fraud is so egregious that California judges were included in the deception.
Flames Ignite Exploitation
In 2007, a spark ignited a wild fire that destroyed 65,000 acres of prime Northern California forest land. Eric Holder, the current U.S. Attorney General, looking for an opportunity to “redistribute wealth” exploited the situation and the DOJ sued Sierra Pacific Industries, a lumber company, for $55 million and 22,500 acres of land in damages. Due to the magnitude of the proposed settlement, corruption ran rampant in the state and federal government. Thus commenced the Moonlight Fire case.
In 2012, Sierra Pacific, under protest, agreed to settle out of court. They alleged that investigators with Cal Fire, a fire prevention company, federal prosecutors with the DOJ and California prosecutors, had falsified records, misplaced documents, lied and perjured themselves. Sierra Pacific would pay $55 million in monetary damages over a 5 year period and transfer 22,500 acres of land to the state of California.
Someone Forgets To Bribe The Auditor
A 2013, audit of Cal Fire revealed Cal Fire lawyers had withheld documents key to the outcome of the case that state and federal courts requested be turned over.
A Plumas county judge discovered the lead Cal Fire investigator’s testimony regarding the location and source of the fire was not credible among several other deficiencies within the government’s litigation process.
Sierra Pacific Industries and other related defendants have filed a motion to have the ruling overturned. They are now charging misconduct by federal prosecutors, government investigators and offices, state prosecutors and offices and challenging findings by a California state judge.
Soul Selling Financial Motivation
The defendants allege:
“the United States presented false evidence to the Defendants and the Court; advanced arguments to the Court premised on that false evidence; or, for which material evidence had been withheld, and obtaining court rulings based thereon; prepared key Moonlight Fire investigators for depositions, and allowed them to repeatedly give false testimony about the most important aspects of their investigation; and failed to disclose the facts and circumstances associated with the Moonlight Fire lead investigator’s direct financial interest in the outcome of the investigation arising from an illegal bank account that has since been exposed and terminated.”
The Testimony Of A Few Good Men
The defendant’s motion also includes a statement from a former U.S. Attorney who refused to be a party to the vice and graft. After refusing to, “engage in unethical conduct” he was removed from the case by his boss, David Shelledy, Chief of the Civil Division in the U.S. Attorney’s office. For Shelledy’s outstanding performance and measuring up to Eric Holder’s standards he is to receive A.G. Holder’s highest award of excellence.
Eric Overby, another federal prosecutor who chose to distance himself from the Moonlight Fire prosecution team stated, “It’s called the Department of Justice. It’s not called the Department of Revenue.” According to the motion, Mr. Overby told defense counsel that in his entire career, “I’ve never seen anything like this. Never.”
Eric Holder, 6 Years Of A Depraved Mind Left Unchecked
Eric Holder is not being held accountable for his corrupt and deceptive business practices. He has bilked millions out of the companies he has preyed upon. The taxpayers are paying for his moral depravity. Until a suitable replacement can be found he is still the United States Attorney General.
How many more businesses will be destroyed and lives ruined until justice is served to Eric Holder? .CPlase_panel display:none;
