On top of all of my other life responsibilities, I was engrossed in some very intense self-directed astrological study - there were books and articles to read, charts to cast and interpret, and rules and tools to master. It felt like I was in grad school all over again!!! . . In 2009, I added tarot to my practice, which greatly enhanced my ability to connect with and trust my intuition. Among all the other decks I’ve picked up since then, I cherish my beloved Rider-Waite deck that I started working with, taped up box and all! . . Around 2013, after five years passed, I began reading natal charts for friends and family - basically anyone who would let me practice with them - with the goal of strengthening my skills and boosting my self-confidence. . .
