AWO!! SORRY I FORGOT TO ANSWER THSI BUT Monotoli is like a grandpa figure to Porky after the events of Mother 2 :)
Monotoli always seen the best in Porky, seeing him as a troubled kid. He doesn't get to see him a lot because Monotoli lives so far away, but he would spend the night with Picky when allowed to by their parents. After all getting the kids' out of their hair is good enough for them.
Ness also teleports him to there with him because PSI benefits lol.
He takes the two siblings to wherever they wanna go, like the fair. When Porky and Picky are away from their parents they feel free.
He lets them dress however they want and be whatever they wanna be.
Later down the road he ends up taking custody of them, keeping them home schooled until the kids are ready to be sent to school again. (After all they could take a helicopter haha).
