On this day, Usher shares with E! Hollywood News that he WISH he asked Aaliyah out! How do YOU guys feel about this?
He starts off saying, "I never told anyone this" and says that he wish he said something to Aaliyah.

No, I'm not saying the song was written with Aaliyah in mind! I'm just saying when I hear these lyrics, I myself can't help but think of Aaliyah.
