Monday doesn’t always go according to my plans. That’s the reality, and that’s ok. For example today, my plan was to wake up at 5am, do my morning routine, start work by 6am, breakfast, more work etc etc ... instead of that my morning started at 4:45, my son had quite a moody morning, needed tons of attention and just like that everything was pushed until almost 7 hours forward. That’s the moment when I could focus back on the schedule that I had planned for today. Did I feel multiple times, like giving up on the day and just start fresh (hopefully) tomorrow? Yes! Did I actually give up? No. I personally cannot properly rest if I know that the to do list has nothing checked off it...
