I'm With You is a pretty chilled out album, relatively speaking, but the signature punk/funk elements of Red Hot Chili Peppers remain present, making it accessible to both their existing fan base as of 2011 and new listeners. He only place I'd really fault it is the lack of presence from new guitarist Josh Klinghoffer, an immensely talented dude, but beyond that it's a well balanced and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Divisive as their preceding album may have been, this is one for everyone. Highlight tracks include Monarchy Of Roses, Look Around, The Adventures Of Rain Dance Maggie, and Meet Me At The Corner. Available on iTunes and Spotify.
