Just over a month after buying it, I finally got the Monarch unloaded at my shop! Had to get creative with unloading it. Lifted it off my trailer, put it on machinery skates on a tilting trailer. Used the winch to slowly roll it down into the room. Many thanks to @dan_bjertness for helping!! Got the lower frame all tacked together, ready to start cutting the plates that will go on it.
