THANK YOU! No need to apologize about the rain. Though every time I've had an American visitor in London for more than a few days it's been a rainy patch, and they always say, "Ah, London, I expected this," and I get irrationally defensive and shout, "NOOO IT HASN'T RAINED FOR WEEKS!"

Hahaha, look: my first trip to Wales was with a geologist who lives in the Rockies and she spent the whole time going, "These are not mountains. These rocks...are nice, but they're not geologically interesting." You western people with your big fancy mountains. I know your type well.

(BTW, she was my first IRL Sherlock friend, too! And she showed me ASiP on that trip, when we got back to London, and I went, "Eh, that was pretty good," and then it took me two years to watch it again—and that time, I totally fell for it for. I feel ashamed I didn't pick up on it the first time, though that was 2011, so I would've had to wait for S2, too!)

Molly goes for the academic jokes rather than fart jokes, and that is admirable and ambitious, given our scatological culture. 

I guess the joke would be: A well-read hooker with a lot of time on her hands and an interest in French asthmatics is a Proust-itute.
