Oppisite of Virago? That'd be Mollis! Although, I just like to shorten it to Moll. Unlike Virago, this one I've only seen women in my circle and otherwise call extremely feminine boys molls rather than it being used as a term. (Most likely because they tend to be mlm.)

2) A gender that is quiet, soft and subdued. Can be used to mean a gender that feels gentle, not too present or blurred somehow.
