that's ok, you're free to feel however you want about them. but why the need to tell me, someone who enjoys their dynamic, that you don't ship them? a lot of people don't ship them, i just don't understand why those who don't ship it feel like they need to tell those who do that they don't "see the vision."

do i want a full blown romance? no. not really tbh. i'm enjoying the crumbs and the tiny insights into their lives and how they work together. i could do seasons of flirting, stolen glances and "omg their hands touched during the the procedure." i am eating all that up.

i mean there are a myriad of reason why they couldn't and probably wouldn't work (professionally and personally), but that tiny what-if is so compelling to so many.

so don't feel bad that shipping these two characters isn't for you, just don't rain on my parade. maybe you'll see the vision one day and maybe you won't. it's all good. focus on what you enjoy about the show and don't worry too much about what is popular or not amongst the fandom. i enjoy shipping but fandom tends to misconstrue or full on blow the smallest interactions waaay out of proportion. so i like to sit in my corner and watch my two pretty faves give me the smallest of crumbs.

and for the sake of your fandom mental health, if seeing shipping posts bums you out, you can always filter out posts. no one wants to be in a fandom space and not enjoy their time in it. i learned a long time ago to prioritize my enjoyment over what fandom thinks.
