There's a trailer on PlayStation's YouTube channel for ModNation Racers (uploaded a month after the E3 reveal of the game), in which there's a bunch of the beta designs showcased, including by that matter, the one for Shadow. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_M2m7JFylgA)
Here's all times she appears in the trailer (plus some bonus beta designs, obviously except Chase since there's a gazillion pics of him already, so we know how he looks like)
