I've never done a big bang or any writing event like this before, and ngl the fic summaries form is kinda spooking me. It's asking for information I feel like I cannot know until I've finished the fic, or am at least way more done with it than I am. How accurate is this summary expected to be? What's the protocol for when the actual answer is "I don't know yet" but that isn't an available choice?
Hello! The summary should be accurate to the information you have now, so that artists and beta readers can get the most up-to-date info about your fic for claims.
If the summary for your fic changes in the future, that is absolutely fine! After claims, you can communicate any changes to your artist and beta reader directly.
If there is a part of the form that you don't feel you have an answer for, but you are required to fill out, feel free to explain further in the "Corrections & Notes" section at the bottom of the form. This information is to help artists and beta readers choose your fic during claims, so if something doesn't fit into the preset options, I can indicate that on the claims list.
