The click of a tongue is the initial reaction; knee-jerk, instinctive, insulted. Amber-yellow eyes narrow at her, arms coming to cross stubbornly over his chest in a stance that should, by now, be familiar. Let it not be said that there is anything in Teyvat more stubborn than the Geo Yaksha.

Whomever it was, they weren’t even pausing at the oasis, didn’t slow…no, if anything they were moving even faster now, as though they were keen on catching up with her - did they have a way of tracking her?

She would discount the possibility were it not for her own methods of mapping out her surroundings - no matter how scant that chance might be, it still existed, and this world operated under a separate set of rules…

she  never  ORDERED  HIM  to  tear  the  doctor  apart  like  a  rishboland  tiger  ripping  into  a  piece  of  bloody  meat  —  she's  simply  choosing  not  to  intervene. there's a difference.
