just having a bit of fun in CAS, I'm hoping a sim will inspire me to actually do some gameplay...I feel like she's a spoilt rich girl on her holidays somewhere hot 🖤

⭐Base Game Cottage⭐

I like to build but it takes me ages - I was going to upload this as a speed build but honestly it took me 2 days to build this house and I was a little embarrassed knowing I obsess about clutter placement and re-do things over and over.

Anyway, this is available now to download on the gallery, and it's been playtested.

It's a traditional style single level house with a kitchen/diner, living room, bathroom, and bedroom with a door out to the back garden.

In the garden there's a patio with grill, a small pond, and a chess set. There's a driveway with a car to the side of the house, and a small porch at the front.

There's a larder in the kitchen, and a closet in the bedroom.

While the house is technically single level, there's some stairs in the living room taking you up to the loft where there's space for two grandchildren to stay. (the light is a little funny up here because it's not considered a room by the game but it is completely usable).

Tidal Tower Renovation (Foxbury Institute)

Happy new year all! I've renovated one of the Foxbury Institute student accommodations in Britechester

Notes

cost §350 per term

I've left a space for an oven, use the Allow Stoves on University Housing Lots mod by @littlemssam to make the kitchen fully functional

there's no stereo because I wanted it to be CC free on the gallery. in my game I placed one from the Clutter Anywhere Part 3 mod on the TV stand

I've included the parenthood bulletin board in the hallway as I used the Chores mod by @littlemssam but you can use the university bulletin board instead if you like
