55. What type of creature in the world is your character the most intrigued by?

One night when Thalia was looking out the window at the Vernheight Mountain Keep where they’re staying, she made eye contact with an enormous silver dragon that nodded at her before flying off. She would LOVE to know more about THAT whole situation

80. How does your character feel about receiving/giving orders? Are they more of a leader, or a follower?

Something I’ve realized about Thalia as this campaign goes on is that she actually uhhhh HATES being told what to do and is pretty sure she’s the only one thinking things all the way through here!! She started out a bit more acquiescent and willing to compromise to keep the peace, but since then, enough people have fucking screwed her over that she’s stepping forward with her plans a LOT more.

She’s pretty used to camping and sleeping outside, I imagine the worst is probably when she forgets to go inside or close up her tent and ends up getting eaten alive by mosquitos

archery, throwing daggers, darts...anything that requires aim, she absolutely demolishes her opponents. and she’s very competitive, so she shows no mercy!

She insists that she is most certainly not tired, even as she’s yawning and obviously needs some sleep. Zevran’s usually the one who’s able to convince her to take a nap

she likes a good hot tea any time of the day! the exact type that’s available depends on where her clan is at the moment, but she prefers it with cinnamon or something else that could give it a little kick

Allys is a really active person, so doing something active usually helps take her mind off things. Being around her friends (and her pets!) also helps her take her mind off things

what they wanted to be when they grew up

From the moment she started learning archery, she always wanted to be a hunter for her clan! She also really enjoyed teaching the younger kids how to use a bow and could see herself becoming a teacher at some point as well

She loves days that are sunny and breezy, and prefers warm weather to cold

Allys is a pretty good singer! She and some of the others in her clan would sing around the campfire at night, and later on she continues the tradition with Leliana. Her voice is a bit low and very strong

7. If your OC could pick a different name, title, or pseudonym for themself, what would they pick? Why? Have they ever been given an alternate name/title, and how do they feel about it?

Thalia: So Thalia and the rest of her party recently got promoted to honorary members of a city council, and tbh I think that she might get rid of the “honorary councilor” title if she could because she’s not really interested in tying herself to one city while she’s still on a Mission to recover her parents. I don’t know if she’d ever change her name though! It’s something she has from her original childhood home on Endelia and one of the few links she has to her birth mom (no matter how much she says she doesn’t care that Naomi left she’s lying a little bit haha). It’s something that ties her to her family which is really important to her.

Limwen: Limwen has a similar situation where her name was basically all she was able to take from home before getting Lost In The Universe. If she was picking a different name I think she’d be big into plant/nature based names, so maybe something like Alder or Birch. 

21. If they could steal one major piece of art with no consequences, what would it be and why? Bonus: how would they pull off the heist?

Thalia: Oh she would VIBE!! With klimt art for sure. If you’ve never seen his stuff in person im kajldfadsj theyre SO beautiful and the gold and platinum and silver in the paint he uses literally makes the paintings SPARKLE they are SO COOL anyway if she could pick one I think she’d like Judith and the Head of Holofernes (which is incidentally the cover of the notebook i use to take notes for the campaign alkjdfkaslkfda)

Limwen: I think that Limwen would really like the impressionist era and the really lovely landscape art that it produced! I think she would really get into Monet and all his water lilies paintings, and if she could have one specifically I think she’d go with Bridge over a Pond of Water Lilies

To be able to keep her new friends together- she understands that they have their own lives and duties that will sometimes pull them away, but she really wishes they could all just stay together and be a happy little family

She’s proud of a lot of the things she’s done with her life- leaving home and finding her own path, becoming Lady of Caed Nua and handling diplomatic matters she never thought she could, traveling to all over the world and seeing things no one else has seen. I think what she’s proudest of is that she’s always done her best to help people along the way

Desta loves being outside, so rainy days always make her feel cooped up and restless. She likes to try and distract herself by grabbing whoever’s around to join her in whatever activity she can come up with (and now I’m imagining board game night at Caed Nua XD )

🗣️ What are the most painful words that can be said to your OC to utterly break them? What are the words that you could tell them to cheer them up? Maybe some advice to give them the boost they need!

Implying that she’s crazy or paranoid would definitely hurt her a lot. She spent a long time knowing that people were plotting to hurt her, but having her fears dismissed, and she still struggles with the fallout of that whole scenario. But I think the thing that would absolutely devastate her would be if someone were to tell her that she didn’t actually mean anything to them, or that she wasn’t really their friend. She has major fears about abandonment, so that’s definitely the thing that would be most likely to break her.
