December has me feeling nostalgic from the good times in Brasil. 🇧🇷 The last three years I was there around this time. Looking back I feel so lucky for all the opportunities I got to travel and teach and connect with Brasileiros in Rio, São Paulo, Bahia, Florianopolis, and Uberlândia. Such wonderful places to be and so many beautiful people to see. Yea in my own humble opinion all brazilians are so beautiful! 🥰 It’s such a vibrant culture with so much to offer I always left feeling super elated. Today I’m feeling saudades — a word that doesn’t really translate into English but it’s like something that is very much a part of you that you can no longer access. Saudade describes something that's lost but is still here. Its an absence but also a presence. Gratidão (gratitude) to all the sweet hosts who invited me to teach and organized workshops at their studios. Gratidão for all the friends I made who showed me such good times. Muito obrigado! 💛💚 I’m lucky studios still reach out to me and organize online workshops during covid times. If you would like to join me for my last workshop of 2020 you can visit the link in my bio and sign up.
