Viscerotflesh: A presentation term for presenting as gross in a way that can only be described as the way (rotting) meat is gross. Some themes/aesthetics may include: grossness, rotting, meat, flesh, gore, candygore, teen boys, dirty rooms, mold, dark colours etc
Note: Coined with a masculine influence in mind, but not specifically a masculine presentation
The dark red symbolizes dried blood, the green symbolizes rot, and the yellow white symbolizes bone/marrow
I wanted to make flag for disabilities I have but haven't seen many or any flags for. I've seen one invisible disability flag and two pots flags but I wanted to make my own. I've also known of a general depression flag but not specific flags for different types of depression (might make flags for other types of depression if people are interested).
Invisible Disability
The symbol for invisible disability is the sunflower! I haven't seen a flag with a sunflower somehow so I made one myself! I added the dark green stripes for flavour, and because I associate the colour with disability.
Chronic Disability
The grey stripes get lighter as they get higher, to symbolize things getting better, as well as different levels of pain/disability over time. I needed some way to represent time, so I chose the four seasons, using the coloured swirls, to say that chronic disability exists in all seasons/times. Gold is for recovery/healing.
Major Depressive Disorder
I used dull colours, specifically shades of grey blue/purple. White stripe is feelings of emptiness. Black and highlight turquoise come from the general depression flag. Gold is for recovery/healing.
Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome
Turquoise is apparently the colour symbolizing POTS, and the stripes getting lighter as they get higher represents the future getting better. The different shades also symbolize different feelings on different days, some good days, some bad days etc. Thick white stripe vs smaller black stripe is for showing that even if we struggle, the good moments are more important. Dark red symbolizes blood, as POTS is a blood/heart/heart rate disorder.
For flags 1 3 and 4, black represents disability in general. The black stripe represents the struggle, because living with disability is hard and can be painful. Not to glorify or romanticize the struggle/pain, but to acknowledge the strength and resilience of disabled people who live despite the pain/struggle.

Cavaeculine: When ones masculinity/maleness is hollow, empty. There is a hollow space where masculinity/maleness 'should be'. Instead of masculinity/maleness there is a aching nothingness. If you tried to put masculinity/maleness there, it would 'not fit right'. These feelings may come from dysphoria, depression, both or neither. Created with transfems/women and nonbinary people in mind, but can be used by anyone. Some themes may include: emptiness, hollowness, the void, black spaces, muted colours, depression, vent posts, confusion, misfits and losers, etc
Cavaeminine: When ones femininity/femaleness is hollow, empty. There is a hollow space where femininity/femaleness 'should be'. Instead of femininity/femaleness there is a aching nothingness. If you tried to put femininity/femaleness there, it would 'not fit right'. These feelings may come from dysphoria, depression, both or neither. Created with transmascs/men and nonbinary people in mind, but can be used by anyone. Some themes may include: emptiness, hollowness, the void, black spaces, muted colours, depression, vent posts, confusion, misfits and losers, etc
Note: These terms were created sort of as a vent term for me. Specifically Cavaeminine. These terms were based on my dysphoria and lifelong depression (MDD). When using words/terms like 'hollow' and 'aching emptiness' the specific feeling I was referring to was the ache you get when you're realy hungry. Like an angry void inside you. The blankness and dull feelings were inspired by the feelings of depression that are quite common to me.
These terms are not exclusive, transfems can use cavaeminine and transmascs can use cavaeculine, as long as the user feels the term fits them.
