Tw: trauma mocking I suppose and dead children.
Where this girl who had a late month miscarriage joined a group for people who have lost children...
So this admin of the group is like
" you can't be in the group you're not a parent."
This poor girls pain was completely mocked...
The admin saying things like
" sure what happened to her is sad but she's not a parent. She wouldn't understand the loss of a child "
Look up the meaning of a miscarriage!
" I don't count people of miscarriges or still borns as parents because parent means the child is born so her and people like her aren't parents. Being a parent means you birth and raise that child."
AND A BUNCH OF PEOPLE AGREED WITH THEM!
People were insulting this poor woman calling her a attention seeker and drama queen for being extremely traumtized that her unborn child is dead....
THAT'S NOT WHAT BEING A PARENT MEANS!
Being a parent is not simply raising a child.
Being a parent is to love that child like a parent would.
Also the " you give birth to the child "
Is so anti-adoption and ableiest.
That's telling all adoptive parents that no matter what they aren't real parents...
Also what about step parents?! According to this fool's logic step parents aren't parents????? Omg just AHHHHH!!
Parents of miscarried babies and still-born babies are parents!
Adoptive parents are parents!
Step parents are parents!
They love those lil ones and losing those lil ones is traumatizing!
Losing a child is traumtizing no matter what! How dare people think it's okay to put a number on what age losing a child is traumtizing!
It's traumtizing no matter what!
