Around two years ago, while talking with KirbyComment (kirbycomment) on Discord about Bonuses in Lotus Land Story, he sent me the following screenshot:
I asked him why his "Bomb Extend!!" was not yellow highlighted with black text as it appeared on my end (I am using Anex86):
He explained to me that the yellow box is an emulator glitch and that on Neko Project II and T98-Next it appears correctly.
I've then contacted Miler (miler_stg), who has a computer that can play these games natively without an emulator. He confirmed the "Bomb Extend!!" text is yellow and not black on a yellow background.
Curiously, that's exactly what Kurumi does: she shoots a single bullet toward the player. She's also the only boss that is present before the dialogue. So my theory is that in order to make her appears before the dialogue, she is treated as a regular stage enemy until the real fight begins, and since Lunatic mode is programmed so that every stage enemy now shoots bullets in the way as I've described earlier, this also applies to Kurumi!

I have a theory about the reason why Kurumi shoots a single bullet before the dialogue in LLS's Lunatic Mode. In other difficulties, some enemies will never shoot a single bullet, that includes bakebake, the enemies in the first half of stage 2, the spinning enemies that go upward in stage 4, Elly's tiles from the first part of her fight, etc. In Lunatic mode however, they now all share the same behavior: they regularly shoot one bullet toward the player, at a random interval.

Mugetsu’s theme from Lotus Land Story, located in the ST06B(.M26/.M86) file, has the internal name a bit different than the one displayed in the music room.
The same is with the arrange from Mystic Square, located in the G_ST06B file.
@kasael told me that メイド幻想 ~ Icemilk Magic means Maid Illusion ~ Icemilk Magic and メイド夢幻 ~ Icemilk Magic means Maid Phantasm ~ Icemilk Magic

If you extract the files from Lotus Land Story, you will find some .M26 and .M86 files. Usually, when you play these files (you need to change their extension to .M2 and .M in order for the program to be able to play them), their internal name is the same for both versions, but some tracks have a (26) added to their name.
The files from these pictures above are ST00B, ST02, ST02B, ST04B, ST05B. Also, the FM26 version of Decoration Battle has the internal name just Decoration Battle (26). The Japanese letters have been ommited.
The same is with the files from Mystic Square, which are named G_ST00B, G_ST02, G_ST02B, G_ST04B, G_ST05B.
However, these details do not show up in the music room.
Peaceful, from Lotus Land Story and Mystic Square, is displayed just like that in the music room. However, the internal file names have (26) and (86) in their names. This happens with the files from both games, END2(.M26/M86) and G_END2(.M/M2).
Arcadian Dream from Lotus Land Story and Mystic Square, located in the STAFF(.M26/M86) and G_STAFF(.M/M2), have the internal file named just Arcadian.
