About the titles of the first three Touhou games
The names of the first three Touhou games are:
東方靈異伝 ~ (The) Highly Responsive to Prayers
東方封魔録 ~ (The) Story of Eastern Wonderland
東方夢時空 ~ (The) Phantasmagoria of Dim.Dream
I've put "the" in brackets because in official media, there are instances with and without the definite article.
Title screens
The title screen of Touhou 1 says The Highly Responsive to Prayers and the title screen of Touhou 3 says The Phantasmagoria of Dim. Dream. Story of Eastern Wonderland has only the Japanese part of the name in the title screen (see /tagged/title2).
Mystic Square references
In Mystic Square's "Touhou Project All Cast" which appears after the ending scenes of the extra stage, the names are as follows:
「東方靈異伝」 ~ Highly Responsive to Prayers
「東方封魔録」 ~ The story of eastern wonderland
「東方夢時空」 ~ The Phantasmagoria of Dim.Dream
Akyu's Untouched Score
The page listing the tracks from Akyu's Untouched Score 5, 3, and 4 have the names of the games as follows:
東方靈異伝 ~ Highly Responsive to Prayers
東方封魔録 ~ the Story of Eastern Wonderland
東方夢時空 ~ Phantasmagoria of Dim.Dream

Mima’s track file in Phantasmagoria of Dim. Dream is named 01MM.M. If you play that file you will notice that its name is different than the one displayed in the music room.
Same thing with the version from Mystic Square, from the Y_01MM.M file.
@gekisou-gungnir pointed out that it is, in fact, the same name.
There are some differences regarding the punctuation of some songs in Phantasmagoria of Dim. Dream. More exactly, if you extract those songs from the game files and play them (DEC.M, 08MM.M and ED.M) you will notice that they differ a bit in terms of punctuation than what is displayed in the music room.
The same thing is with the arranges from Mystic Square’s music room, located in the Y_DEC.M, Y_08MM.M and Y_ED.M files.
Stage 7 theme has one less “!” in the music room, Yumemi’s theme has “!!” in the music room that do not exist in the internal file name and the staff roll theme has “...” in the music room, but it doesn’t have this in the internal file name. Also, it seems that “crisis” from Strawberry Crisis!! is capitalized only in the music room.
In Phantasmagoria of Dim. Dream’s music room you will notice that song no. 16 has two different names: one in the list and another in the part where it has the description.
In Mystic Square’s music room, the name is the same in both the list and the description.
However, in both cases, the internal file has the same name, the one which appears in the description from Phantasmagoria of Dim. Dream’s music room.
@gekisou-gungnir said that 東方の青い空 is The East's Blue Sky and 東方に青い空 is A Blue Sky in the East, but the smoother translation of both is Eastern Blue Sky.

The song that plays during the cutscene before the fight with Chiyuri in Phantasmagoria of Dim. Dream can be found in DEMO1.M and if you play this file you will notice that the name of the song differs very little from the one in the music room.
It is the same with the arrange from Mystic Square’s music room, this time the file being Y_DEMO1.M.
@gekisou-gungnir pointed out that 非統一魔法世界論 means Disunified Field Theory of Magic and 非統一魔力世界論 means Disunified Field Theory of Magical Power.
