so mE AND kone-megane were writing misatsuko stuff based off some prompts and well here's my part. under a read more bc it got lonG
Ritsuko's always been the passive type, from arguments to the simple decisions in life. like the time's she had to convince NERV's workers that there wasn't an impending apocalypse soon to wipe them all off the earth. she knew how to keep a cool head
but this. this was too much. there comes a time in a persons life where they must take drastic measures even for something that could easily be dealt with via debate. but in cases like these where the person causing the problem is an insufferable dillhole that only leaves signs of their presence by subtle terms inconvenience, the only way to deal with it is good ol' hands on action. or in this case, keying that god damn car and getting it the hell away from her garage door.
she figured since the asshat that keeps doing this hasn't showed their face in a while (hence the usual presence of the veichle) now would be a good time to get things done. there were a few things ritsuko wasn't proud of. knowing how to key a car door was one of them. college peer pressure, or.. whatever, something of the sort. rolling her sleeves up, she got a bobby pin that she had lying around for some reason and started to pick the lock. just as she thought she was getting somewhere, she heard an unfamiliar voice
"the hell are you doing?"- sounded the stranger. Ritsuko was one known for her eloquent posture and manners, but once she turned, it took her a while to get her thoughts back on track. the way this woman's self gleamed with confidence and stride she couldn't help but stare a little. noticing the lovely blue shimmer her hair gave off under the fluorescent streetlights. oh, this was hardly the time.. "so i suppose you're the one responsible for this?"- she said, gesturing towards the vehicle "yea, the car's mine. now would you mind telling me what you're doing?" "w.wel, i was just trying to.." never in her life has someone rendered the scientist speechless. but under these certain set of circumstances she found herself mumbling and stuttering. the rest of the conversation trailed off into some debate of belonging and privacy and something along the lines of "if it bothers you so fucking much, why didn't ya call the god damn police?" but with time both of them fell into a state of calm and the conversation was de-railed, soon starting to sound more like text messages you would find on a 6th graders phone. once the cold evening air reached their skin they decided it was time to head their seperate ways. two exchanged phone numbers and a lot of shared personal information later, the two parted ways and closed the conversation with a solemn "i'll call you, idiot"
