I think about this a lot.
Following up the third poll of Phase 2 of the Dead TOS Female Characters Battle Royale with the fourth set of combatants! The first victor of Phase 1 who really had to fight for her triumph was Miramanee of "The Paradise Syndrome," pulling off a 55-45 upset against Edith Keeler. But can she do it again?!
As usual, the core concept:
A fairy gives you a magic wand with the power to retroactively restore a dead female character from Star Trek: the Original Series back to life. Originally, the character may have died onscreen, offscreen, in the backstory, got functionally destroyed in some sci-fi way, or been doomed to inevitable death from the repercussions of the episode. The only requirement beyond gender is that the character is a known individual, the death is certain, and all this is determined by TOS itself, not a later retcon or whatever.

Dr. Elizabeth Dehner survives godhood and turning on Gary Mitchell
"The Paradise Syndrome":
MIRAMANEE: I would like to name the Joining day. KIRK [his brain fried into amnesia]: The Joining day? MIRAMANEE: I'm the daughter of the chief. Tribal law betroths me to our leader. If there is another, I will step aside. KIRK: No, Miramanee, there's no one else in my mind or my heart. MIRAMANEE: God's wish is above tribal law. KIRK: Name the Joining day. MIRAMANEE: The sooner our happiness together begins, the longer it will last.

PIPER: This is Dr. Dehner, who joined the ship at the Aldebaran colony. DEHNER: Psychiatry, captain. My assignment is to study crew reaction in emergency conditions. SPOCK: Getting something from the recorder now. DEHNER: lf there was an emergency [on the Valiant], I'd be interested in how that crew reacted, too. MITCHELL: Improving the breed, doctor? Is that your line? DEHNER: I heard that's more your specialty, Commander—line included. MITCHELL [muttering to Kelso]: Walking freezer unit.
