I don't know enough about Sublime to make a proper prompt for her, however, some things that'd happen in the scenario where she decides not to be Marinette's friend, but still be friends with Adrien:

• She definitely tells Adrien what happened. Maybe not immediately, but definitely sooner rather than later.

How her legs weren't repaired by the Miraculous Cure. How what happened ruined a great opportunity for her.

• Adrien would definitely be suspicious because her prosthetics should have been fixed by the Miraculous Cure. Things broken prior to someone being akumatized have been fixed before (see Alix's pocket watch and Marc's journal/notebook).

So what happened to make this time different? Did Sublime have to be the one akumatized for her legs to be fixed by the Miraculous Cure?

• If Marinette is worried about Adrien finding out, she's mortified when Chat Noir begins asking LB why her cure didn't fix Sublime's prosthetics.

How does he know they weren't fixed? Did she forget that they weren't? Did she not go see for herself and assumed they were fine? Or did someone tell him? Did Sublime tell someone, and then they told Chat Noir??

• Sublime also definitely tells Adrien what Marinette does isn't okay. How it feels creepy and weird. How it makes her uncomfortable and how she doesn't understand why he doesn't feel the same.

That leads into Adrien rethinking his relationship with Marinette and realizing, yeah... it is weird. It does make him uncomfortable.

And the more he thinks about it, the more he tries to remember what it was that made him fall in love with her, the more he begins to realize that there was nothing.

The moment he said he fell in love with her? Reality was that he felt, well, violated?? He can tell you why he thinks she's nice and can be a good friend. But why he loves her?? Nothing. Or at least, nothing that makes sense anymore.

• It doesn't take long for Adrien to end their relationship. It's messy and both parties end up leaving in tears and with broken friendships.

• I can see Sublime feeling a bit guilty, because she didn't mean for Adrien and Marinette to breakup. But at the same time, she's not going to apologize for helping Adrien see the truth.

• Honestly, bring Heart Fixer in early, but have Tikki have the foresight to remove the earrings. She needs to find a new temp. holder, quickly. And instead of going to Alya or Adrien, she gives the earrings to Sublime.

• Adrien breaking up with Marinette, combined with her being akumatized, makes Marinette double down on not telling Adrien anything, as well as keeping an eye on both him and Sublime.

• For a good chunk of S6, Sublime is Adrien's only friend, because the majority of his old friends either blame him for his and Marinette's relationship failing (in other words, Marinette did nothing wrong and he's a jerk for leading her on) or they want nothing to do with the drama and are staying quiet.

And for that reason, I can easily see Adrien and Sublime becoming a couple. Some of Adrien's old friends get mad that he moved on so fast. They blame Sublime, thinking and claiming she stole Adrien from Marinette.

But the others realize how happy Sublime makes him. How happy they make each other.

And they begin to compare his relationship with her with his relationship with Marinette. Things they notice:

▪︎ Marinette has ditched Adrien during dates, Sublime hasn't.

▪︎ Marinette made a big deal over a stupid kiss, Sublime doesn't.

▪︎ Marinette cried when Adrien didn't show up for movie night, something he very specifically said he was going to do so she could spend time with her girl friends. Sublime appreciates that he wants her to spend time with her friends without him having to be there, and ends up inviting him anyways, because she wants him there. No reason other than that. And when Adrien still insists he doesn't want to go, she doesn't get upset when he doesn't show up.

▪︎ Some of the girls bring up Marinette's pull down calendar with Adrien's schedule and how she knows it for the next 3 years. Sublime doesn't have his schedule, but she knows what's happening during the week because he told her.

▪︎ Marinette stalking Adrien is brought up, Sublime has never stalked him.

Anywhere they're seen together is always planned. Be it they go together or they meet up at the specific location.

• The ones who blamed Adrien and Sublime for Adrienette ending? Apologies are handed out, and they understand why neither Adrien or Sublime want to make quick amends.

Prompt 1: The Bourgeois are getting arrested and everything was Chloe's fault! Thought Marinette. Tax evasion, abuse of power, bribery, blackmail, child abuse! Alright, that one's was a little ridiculous! Because child abuse? Chloé!? Please! If Chloé hasn't pressured Andre and stopped being an spoiled brat, none of this would happened and Mariners could've still worked with the Style Queen! But no! Chloé and her fake crocodiles tears had to ruin everything! (Chloé only said a few concerning words to a teacher, they didn't expect to found so much dirt on the Bourgeois)

Prompt 2: Ivan couldn't keep to himself what his Dad had planned, not only as one of Paris heroes, but as his son, he couldn't let his dad get away with it. So he denounced him to the police, they managed to caught him before he did any harm to anyone. Ivan could feel himself relief at the news, knowing it was the right decision. Wait, why Ladybug wants to meet him? Surrender his Miraculous!? Why!? .... He's—Ladybug, he's a criminal, he was going to Rob a bank, he was going to harm people! He can't believe Ladybug! Surrender his Miraculous because he stopped his Dad from committing a crime. He had to tell Mylene, he had to tell everyone—Ladybug is not the person he believed she was. (I've seen Marinette trying to take Miraculous for even less, this is Canon behavioral)

Prompt 3: Nathaniel had come today to class with puffed eyes and a large bag, his mother had kicked him out of the house after he came out to her. He couldn't—he didn't know where else to go! Luckily all his classmates were more than comprehensive, his boyfriend, the boys, even the girls offered their place for him to stay all the time he needed. Maybe cutting off his mother was the best—except that Marinette didn't liked the idea. "But she's your mother! She loves you!" Even if she loved him, that didn't stopped her from kicking him out with nowhere to go—Huh!? Apologized to her!? Apologize for what!? Being gay!? Having a boyfriend that loves him and supports him!? Really Marinette!? This is bullshit! To think Marinette could be that kind of girl! Well, People said looks could be deceiving, he guessed they were right. He can't believe he used to have a crush in her.

Can I say I'm happy these prompts expand onto other characters with bad parents??

They're all so interesting, I like all of them.

I think it's good that at least one adult has Chloe's back. I feel like, if someone were to take this prompt and write it out, the teacher would be Mrs. Bustier, but I think it'd be so much more interesting if it was someone else, like the art teacher.

With Ivan, I think it would be satisfying if the other Miraculers learned what Maribug did, and decide to quit or cut ties. Maybe Zoe tells them how to change their costumes so they can hide better. Maybe they cut ties publicly, that way people hear why Minotaurox hasn't been active. He got fired because he arrested a criminal, and LB deemed that to be wrong.

The Bureau

(Set around season 4)

Adrien Agreste awoke with a headache. It had been a week since Ladybug had forcibly taken his Miraculous back. Apparently, insisting on being kept in the loop enough to do his job made him enough of a nuisance to replace. Despite her initial shock at seeing him without the mask, she furthered her insistence that he could no longer be Chat Noir. After appealing to Alya directly in her role as the Ladyblogger (for some reason, she didn't seem too surprised that he was Chat Noir) Ladybug came and simply stated that her decision was final and he was to precious to lose now.

Fast forward a few days to his current predicament. He'd cried himself to sleep the night before thinking of Plagg only to wake up with a headache in what looked like a meeting room. At the sound of a cat flap, Adrien saw a black cat wearing a tiny business suit leap up onto the table and stare at him.

"Is this some kind of sick joke?" Adrien asked. The cat looked down at its' suit.

"You're telling me, I asked for an Armani." He replied, causing the teen to jump backwards out of his chair. After reassuring Adrien that he meant no harm, the cat introduced himself as Salem Saberhagen. The director for the bureau of the magical misdirection and misinformation. Or more simply known as, The Bureau.

He explains that the Bureaus' job across the globe is to keep the ongoing presence of magic suppressed as much as possible. Oftentimes by using said magical events to create pop culture to keep magic firmly in the realm of "fiction" in the global zeitgeist. Hence why the international community hasn't tried to help with the Shadowmoth situation yet. In addition, they strive to keep magical artifacts away from an Illuminati style organization called "The Kingdom" which puppeteers humanity from the shadows for their own gains. Finally, he tells Adrien that they'd like to recruit him.

"Why me though? Ladybug is the big magical hero of Paris."

"Ladybug has proven to be too stubborn to follow orders and unable to take criticism well." Director Saberhagen replied. "She's also shown to be a horrible control freak whereas you know when to follow orders, and when to question them."

Adrien couldn't argue those points considering he'd lost all loving feeling towards his former partner. However.

"I don't have my Miraculous anymore."

"No problem, we have a football field sized vault of magical artifacts you could use."

"It wouldn't be the same. I miss Plagg." He mumbled. Salem thought for a moment.

"Let's get you started with training first, let us figure something out."

And here's where the customization goes full force. Any anime, videogame, cartoon or comic with a magic connection could be linked to the bureau. Albeit Adrien would fangirl about meeting the real life people of some of shows and games he enjoyed as an escape from his life. My only suggestion would be to make sure not to use more than one character per franchise.

Who would handle teaching magical combat?

Magical theory?

Physical Training?

Who would be his new mentor/parent?

New friends and would they introduce themselves/interfere with Maribug, Hawkdaddy and Lila?

What mechanism would you use to fit the training in, or have Adrien simply disappear to focus on it?

All of the training would be done in secret from the Bureaus' Paris field offices in the catacombs leading to the ultimate face off between Ladybug and Chat Noir once he reappears and before the Bureau takes down Shadowmoth. How you ask? Here's how.

One day while trying to figure out Adrien's new behavior/disappearance, and quashing her guilt over taking his Miraculous (He's too precious to risk against Shadowmoth, she'd have taken the Miraculous sooner had she known) to say nothing of Alya now questioning her decisions (Why did people keep doing that?)she heard a cat meow on her balcony. Looking out, she saw a black cat with its' claw caught in the material of her chair. As she went to free him, she couldn't help muttering.

"What is it with black cats having a brain the size of a marble."

After freeing him, an Akuma begins their attack, causing her to transform and leave leaving the skylight open. Smirking, Salem darted in and went straight to the Miracle Box. Having spent days watching (and judging) Marinette, he knew both the box's location, and the code to get in it. Taking Plaggs' ring in his teeth, he couldn't help chuckling as he left.

Prompt 1:

Marinette smiled as her friends looked at Lila wearily. It was risky, but she was able to find a way to go back in time without the rabbit miraculous. A potion in the Grimoire that was used only in dire emergencies. The person who drank it would find themselves in their old body, new memories intact. They would use their knowledge to lead others towards the right path.*

Surely, someone telling her friends Lila Rossi was a serial liar, was a good deed.

It couldn't be Marinette or Ladybug. No no no. They didn't know Lila Rossi. But an anonymous prior victim of hers?? Definitely.

Oh, why anonymous? Because Lila ruined their life. They were scared but still wanted to warn them!!

The only problem was when it came to telling Adrien. She had sent him a message and he had sent one back telling her he wasn't interested in rumors.

She was confused, but told him she wasn't spreading rumors. He didn't reply back, so she figured he'd apologize later.

Marinette smiled as her friends glared at Lila, scoffing at her stories.

"Yeah, sure," Alix rolled her eyes, "you know Jagged Stone. And I'm Adrien Agreste."

"Save it, Lie-la," Kim snapped, crossing his arms, "we were warned about you."

Lila looked around, hoping someone would believe her. But everyone either gave her a cold look, or avoided her gaze entirely.

She didn't understand. She thought...

"What's going on?"

Everyone turned to see Adrien standing at their classroom door. Bag slung over his shoulder, confused look on his face.

He looked back at them before grinning brightly.

"LILA!!"

"ADRIEN!!"

The class was surprised as the two embraced each other. Surprise turned to discomfort as Lila began to tell Adrien what they had done. The accusations of being a liar. The emphasis in her name. The way they scoffed at her whenever she tried to talk to them. How they wouldn't accommodate for her disabilities. She knew it would take time to adjust, but she thought they would at least talk about it. She didn't want it to be done out of nowhere. She told them her mom was sending her files over since they got lost. But they insisted someone had warned them about how often she lied. Made up stories. And had all but pushed her to the back of the class. She didn't know what she did wrong. She didn't know who lied about her. She thought...she thought she could finally make friends.

"You guys are the worst," Adrien told the quiet classroom. "You...don't. Don't talk to me. Chloe, you get a pass ("Wow, okay...play favorites why don't you?"). Let's go, Lila. I'll sit with you. We can talk to Mrs. Bustier later, okay?"

"...okay..."

The class was tense for the rest of the day. Whenever they had free time, they would look at Adrien and Lila. The two looked comfortable with each other. Like they knew each other. Sometimes Chloe joined them. And any time one of them tried to talk to Adrien, he ignored them.

Adrien sighed as he was dragged back into Mrs. Bustier's classroom. Lila and Chloe had gone and he was right behind them when he was pulled back.

"Adrien, listen," Alya stepped forwards, deciding to be the one to explain, "I don't know if you got any emails or messages, but we were warned-"

"That Lila's a liar? I know. I got the message. Told them to fuck off in the politest manner I could."

"So, you know? That Lila's a-"

"She's not a liar!!"

Someone scoffed, "How do you know?"

"I think I know my own girlfriend, thank you."

Pause.

"Can I go now?" Adrien asked as he stood up.

He groaned as hands pushed him back to his seat.

"GIRLFRIEND?!"

"SHE'S YOUR GIRLFRIEND?!"

"SO YOU'RE DATING A LIAR?!"

Adrien stood back up and pushed his way towards the door.

Things had gone from great to absolutely terrible.

Mrs. Bustier had called several of their parents to tell them about the bullying they had done. While not everyone had done something, some of them were still quiet and let it go on.

The only ones not to get a call home was Adrien.

What did she do wrong?? What went wrong?? Nothing should have changed beyond people believing her when she said Lila was a liar!!

But, looking her up, she did know Jagged Stone. Clara had her credited as a background dancer in several MVs. She was a part time model. She and Adrien have been dating since they were both 10. They've been together for 4 years, almost 5.

She wasn't a liar.

Why wasn't she a liar?!

*It was believed they would wake in their old bodies, but the truth is the potion didn't truly work. You couldn't control where you ended up. It was rare for someone to actually go back in time. Reality is that the potion sent you to another, well, reality. It's body swapping, to be more accurate. Had Fu not lost his memory, or had he had more time to train her, he would have told Marinette this potion is strictly FORBIDDEN.

Marinette jolted awake.

They had lost...they...she...

She looked around. Was it a nightmare?? Did Shadow Moth fail??

She made her way to her computer and gasped at the date.

Today was the day Chloe left. The day she had decided to leave the first time.

She giggled as she realized the opportunity that had been given to her.

This would be wonderful! Fantastic!! Perfect!!

Finally!! Chloe would be gone!! She wouldn't push her to stay. She wouldn't give her the bee again.

But then a thought crossed her mind. Adrien got upset when Chloe said she was leaving last time.

Shoot.

Whatever, she can make him feel better afterwards. And then he'll forget all about Chloe.

She huffed and rolled her eyes, deciding to coddle him later. She had a victory to celebrate.

Marinette blinked and looked around. The others had turned towards them. Seems like she's not the only one curious.

"Oh?" She said, coughing to clear her throat, "Uh...what-"

"Class!" Mrs. Bustier stepped in, and Marinette bit back a gasp when she saw the person next to her, "I want you to meet our newest student."

No...

No!!

Why?! Why him?!

No wonder Adrien was happy.

No wonder he was smiling.

He just had to be here. He just had to join their class.

"This is Adrien's cousin, Felix. He'll be in our class from now on."

Marinette bit back another gasp as Felix looked at her, a smug look crossing his face for a moment before it was replaced by a pleasant smile.

Prompt 3:

Marinette grinned as she watched Lila being escorted out of school in handcuffs. As Chloe was sent to her hotel, suspended until further notice.

Finally!! Finally things were going her way.

She didn't know how to explain it. Explain her future knowledge.

But she was able to fix things. Make things right.

First, she had anonymously sent records to the school board about Chloe. Hence, her suspension until further notice. But if everything turns out to be true, she would be expelled. She had hoped Chloe would be expelled immediately, but turns out there's a process for that. So she got suspended instead.

Still, a win is a win.

And then there was Lila. Lila who had caused a scene. Lila who had been caught in her lies. Lila who had to be dragged out by the police.

Marinette couldn't help it. She shot Adrien a smug look, not caring if he looked even the tiniest bit hurt.

Marinette looked at the floor. A member of the school board was talking to her parents.

In their investigation, they had found out about the time she had stolen Adrien's phone.

They had also found out about the time she had taken his trash out of the garbage and the many, many, many times she had followed him around.

They had spoken to other students about her, telling them what they found.

The girls had confessed they helped her with her schemes, Alya even said she helped Marinette enter Adrien's phone. They were all facing possible suspension.

Max told them about the gaming competition. How Marinette entered last minute when sign ups had closed the prior day. She could still play, but she wouldn't have been allowed to compete. But everyone pushed for her to take his rightful place as Adrien's partner, and then Adrien had to give up his place for Max.

Someone had told them about how she was convinced either Kagami or Lila would steal Adrien from her.

Alya told them she had their future planned, from the number of kids to what they'd do (Marinette would be a famous fashion designer while Adrien modeled for her instead of his father).

Some things they told the adults were irrelevant, some things painted a larger picture. And it all pointed to Marinette being obsessed with Adrien.

Adrien, who didn't know.

Adrien, who was told off for not telling an adult about Lila. Be it her lies or the way she would break his boundaries.

Adrien, who was leaving. Leaving for London with Kagami.

Marinette continued to look at the floor. She'd be shocked when she found out. It was shortly before the school board member arrived. Alya told her.

She tried contacting Adrien. Blocked. Number disconnected. He was gone.

Marinette blinked back her tears as she went to her room. She was grounded. Suspended once again. Told she was lucky she wasn't expelled. To hope her luck would stick with her. Maybe Gabriel Agreste wouldn't sue her for harassing his son.

Ladybug sighed. No sign of Chat Noir anywhere. She'd been hoping to see him. To rant about her suspension. About how everyone looked at her when was finally able to go back to school.

"Hey everyone!" She swung down to greet them, "Just me tonight. I don't know where Chat Noir if any of you had hoped to see him."

Her friends gave her a confused look.

"You don't know?"

"Know what?"

Alya quickly pulled something up on her phone and showed it to the spotted hero.

Ladybug's jaw dropped as she took the phone.

There he was. Her partner.

Next to someone she didn't know. But it was clear they had the peacock miraculous.

The headline declared them London's heroes. Chat Noir and Argos.*

When asked, Chat Noir said he had been told he would be moving in with family in London. He didn't want to give up the hero life, so he continued it, deciding Argos would be his new partner. Besides, lately, he didn't feel like he belonged in Paris. Like he was Ladybug's partner. He found a new place in London. A better partner in Argos.

After all, they ARE family.

Ladybug handed Alya back her phone, mumbled a thanks, and swung away.

Once she was back home, she dropped her transformation.

Marinette quickly looked up the article Alya showed her on her computer.

How long? How long has Chat Noir been gone?? Why did he leave her??

First Adrien, and now Chat Noir.

She wasn't supposed to be the one who got in trouble. Who lost everything.

Now logically you would think Marinette wouldn’t care and would actually be thrilled to not have another girl obsess about her boyfriend but she just can’t understand how this girl doesn’t see Adrien for the perfection he is.

Getting Adrien's feelings out of the way first, I think he'd be happy to have someone not go crazy stupid over Adrien Agreste. I don't think he'd be insulted over being called "marketable" or "boring." He kinda agrees, ngl.

But Marinette?

Full offense.

How dare you? Can't you see Adrien is perfection reincarnated on Earth. You should feel blessed to breath the very air he breaths. To walk on the very ground he walks. To have working vision to see his radiance. How can you call him boring? He's not boring!!

There's no way you like Chat Noir and not Adrien. If you just got to know him...

Thinking she finally has the means to get rid of that annoying harasser Chat Noir and replacing him with someone more suitable (like Aaaa~drien), Marinette calls him over and uses the spell - unfortunately, she forgot to heed the part that stated that the spell scanned all holders present rather than just the target (there’s a reason it was restricted), so it hits her too, and the next thing she knows, she’s been detransformed while a bewildered Chat is holding her earrings.

Oh, how I love the irony of her wanting to give Chat Noir's miraculous back to him because she doesn't know his secret ID.

I also love that her plans backfire on her. Not only does she see that Chat Noir is the proper holder of the cat miraculous, but she's learning she's not the proper holder of the ladybug miraculous. Maybe if the spell had been used earlier on, she wouldn't have had her ID revealed to her partner, who knows.

I don't think there would have been a time where Adrien wasn't meant for the cat, however, during another kwami swap, it's revealed he's (also) the proper holder for the ladybug. He wouldn't swap miraculous, he loves Plagg and being Chat Noir too much to switch, but it's still nice to know. (Meanwhile Lady Noire is compatible with the cat, but ultimately not the proper holder).

I want y'all to know I had whole thing written out, and apparently it didn't save. And I can't find it anywhere, so I'm fucking pissed.
