I've always thought that Lala from StarPre was similar to Lum Invader, both being green-haired aliens who adjust to their new environment on Earth and falls in love with the human main character. It seems the creators agree too, since the PreCure mangaka drew Lala in a Lum-inspired swimsuit for a recent summer piece. I really liked how it looked and fit her character, so I drew it for a warm-up as well as did my own slight variant in a second piece.

I don’t know why I never posted this. I think it’s cause I wanted to do the full scene, but it’s been so long I think I’m just gonna post what I have. If I’m gonna do the whole scene I’m probably going to reanimate it all together. I miss you guys and if you’re still around maybe we can minewt again someday soon!
