i have seen people (mostly) talk about how kai, jay and (some about) nya will be acting after lloyd's death but i haven’t really seen anyone talk about cole or zane.

if we base cole on how he has reacted before e.g. leaving (zane) and staying (nya), and now that he also has the finders (who he is very protective of). remember during the mission they were also arguing about how cole is more with the finders. i personally think that at first cole would try to “take up” leadership again to hold the ninja together and sort of not showing grief in front of the others and i think that will eventually become too much for him so he leaves for the finders.
