His name is Fitzgerald "Fitz" Fletcher. He's a human rogue/swashbuckler that will be on a passenger vessel on its way to a large non-Canon city called Oblivion. He's fleeing a number of charges against him for assassinations... most of the folks deserved it, objectively speaking. A few, well, they got too close to the grey area for him to ignore the price. He seeks to set up a front as a master lock/safe shop, but moonlight as a thief and assassin, working his way up among those that truly run the city. His charisma will carry him until his blades have to make up the difference.
