My list of "best expanders of mind"/teachers...
1. experiences (vague? - I say accurate!) 2. 2CB in correct set and setting, of course! 3. Books/articles in general 4. Realising that life has to be taken with a pinch of salt and that having a sense of humour is important (more of a catalyst of teaching) 5. Meditation 6. Being speechless when there is nothing to say whether internal, external or both! 7. Deserves to be higher in the list, but MATHS! Particularly popular mathematics and the more esoteric maths 8. Philosophy (for me, it's allowing yourself to think philosophically, but also, Sam Harris, Indian Philosophy, and Animistic, epistemic and metaphysical philosophy, there are probably more!) 9. Being a bit mental without harming anyone in any way you can avoid hurting! 10. Allowing other forces than your own intellect guide your life-trip, safely. 11. Ayahuasca 12. DMT (For me, DMT is more of a perceptual enhancer, although, depending on your definition of mind-expanding, perceptual enhancement is a form of mind-expansion... Ayahuasca is kind of like this too...) 13. accepting that being you is a good thing and that when people call you weird or try to knock your confidence, it's probably just they are jealous because they don't get love from their self and aren't confident in themselves. 14. Mixing with people from all walks of life. 15. Things I have posted on my Tumblr blog. 16. Asking for what you want 17. Listening to how you feel about different things 18. Inspirational quotes that seem true! 19. Pondering/having a muse... 20. Imagination 21. Giving animals respect, interacting with them in a way that treats them as "equal" and communicating as best you can as relaxedly as you can, what ever the means of communication... 22. Discussing things with friends, when they will actually listen! Bryn and Laura and also Debbie are not bad at this, but many of you aren't really :-S 23. Reading trip reports whist bearing in mind that most reports are probably other people's realities! 24. What's probably actually self-hypnosis 25. Taking jokes seriously, or at least contemplating the seeing what you can read into them. 26. Listening to how you feel and rationally assessing and considering things to help you decide what to feel (in my experience this has been helpful rather than hindering) 27. Meaningful music (although it does seem to make me a bit confused about what's real sometimes!) 28. Programming and concepts that are related to it... To be continued.
