Haven't drawn these two in a while, thank you for your request!

I know I've seen some people joke that Dr Touch being "handsy" might be at all lewd in nature, which I think makes sense in the short term as a conclusion to jump to.

But In My Opinion I think more innocently that it just means Otto didn't have the greatest sense of how to respect personal space back in the day (for other people anyways - he wants others to respect his own personal bubble after all). It's not malicious at all, and he learned his friends' boundaries, he's just a surprisngly physically affectionate type of guy.

He'd shake hands firmly, slap folks on the back or shoulder to show he's having a good conversation, wrap an arm around a shoulder, tap things constantly (stimmy), maybe even talk with his hands, gesture enthusiastically while talking about a new invention.

And, of course, how could we forget:

I know my fic writing days should be over, considering how bad the last one flopped, but this idea won't leave me alone.

So, Allister...from Pokemon Sword and Shield...is baby.

This idea is basically, Allister is abandoned as a young child, around one or two. He's found by an equally Abandoned Gengar, who recently lost his family. Cue Gengar raising his human "pup" Allister in an old haunted house.
