Membrane Separation: While efficient, it comes with high costs and demands rigorous maintenance.
Activated Carbon Adsorption: Effective but costly, requiring frequent replacement of the adsorbent material.
We identified a gap in the market and developed a unique solution: a Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) system for biogas purification. This innovative technology efficiently removes impurities, making biogas usable and environmentally friendly. Our success will be measured by the reduction in impurity levels in purified biogas, the number of biogas plants adopting our technology, and the overall environmental impact of purified biogas.
Our MVP is a fully functional PSA system for biogas purification. It undergoes rigorous testing and validation to ensure its efficiency and effectiveness in removing impurities. The testing process involves verifying system integrity, monitoring parameters during adsorption and desorption phases, and optimizing efficiency. Gas composition analysis and performance evaluations are conducted to determine removal efficiency, methane recovery, and energy consumption.
After successful validation, we plan to market our PSA system directly to biogas plant operators and renewable energy companies. Additionally, we will utilize online marketing and content creation to raise awareness about our innovative solution.
