Cobel’s office got a rebranding when Milchick replaced her as the manager of the severed floor. The most striking change was the three pictures depicting a storm (a cloudy sky) being replaced by a minimalistic iceberg. And I think it’s a nice visual clue that tells us about who they are and their state of mind. While the storm might be seen as a representation of Cobel’s anger and of her getting out of control, the iceberg suggests that Milchick has a lot going on underneath, hidden from the surface.
