But here's the thing. What you focus on grows. It is just is. And your thinking but the fear is real. Yes & no. 🔶️ Until you experience that you have control over your fear then it is real to you. When you experience you have control over your fear then it becomes your new reality.🔶️ But it's hard to go from fear to trust. 🔶️ I've done it. I continue you to do it daily sometime by the breath. And that's one reason why you need #migrainemagick. 🔶️You have to disrupt not only relentless pain, tension & nausea but also the #anxiety hard wired into your #nervoussystem long enough for you to taste what it's like to trust yourself, trust life is safe.
