(Midveilers/Strudels) I've been an active member of the ARPG for years now, and recently noticed character-inspired (or flat out copied) MYOs were being approved.

(strudel cafe) i actually really enjoy strudel cafe, having just recently joined. i like that they give you a free MYO on joining and that you can earn currency through playing card games. it’s like neopets but for bored artists with free time on their hands lol

Re strudels seem to be Ok-ish. They're kind of poking along like a lot of CS are. Yes, even the bigger ones if you look past the hype for adopts and what passes for events. But also iirc wasn't there a huuuge whale sucking up all the best strudels for a year or two then left? A lot of people already left in that situation so more people leave because things look dead. But also strudels have kind of pivoted more toward pet site-ish and even have their own forums.

I think strudels are worth dirt now (besides loppymade) compared to being worth gold before because you can get common myo of anything each month and can add rarity. When fomo is removed the hype is removed. Everyone in it only wants swaps too so the trade market is dead.

wasnt strudels the one with a website breach, like that might be why it designs tanked

loppyrae dropped strudels to focus on making cutesy merchandise. it happens to a lot of species (pacapillars, sushi dogs), but it feels a bigger shame with strudels as they had much more potential. they did get diluted with too many new species, cashgrabs and catering to whales at the end rather than focusing on what was good about them and growing the stuff that people were initially invested in. it had a slow and pretty sad death imo

What happened to strudels? There was a time people would fight each other to get one. Now I am seeing "cheap" strudels, I say cheap because I wouldn't consider it cheap for a chib even though lot of people disagreed that loppy's art is worth way more than thati, priced at $100 not selling at all. Is the species just inactive or was there drama? Its just weird seeing species that were so sought after like chats and had so many ass kissers just dissolve.
